Thank you for ordering from us!

We process all the order as soon as payment is confirmed, regardless of the payment method. As soon as we have fulfilled your order, this one will be packed and mailed to you by the delivery method of your choice.

Depending on what you order is, as well as the quantity, the time to process your order will usually vary between 2-14 days. Commission work may take longer to process due to the large amount of product, as we work "made to order."

All our orders are handled by Thai Post and DHL; Shipping Handling charges are based on weight ranges upon the Thai Post and DHL charts.

For your own convenience, we offer 2 shipping methods:

• Regular Mail. By Thai Airmail, or DHL Global Mail; this is the cheapest method to receive your order and the  method we recommend for light packages. Depending on your location, the transit time takes about up to 14 business days; however, no delivery time can be guaranteed. (Note: Parcels sent by Regular Mail are not registered and non traceable, you'll receive your order by your local post office service.)
   
• Express Mail. By Thai Express Mail Service, or DHL Express; this method is clearly the fastest way to receive your order; usually 2 to 7 business days. The cost however is higher than Regular Mail, but the delivery much more faster. All parcels send by Express Mail are registered and traceable. The rate for light parcel is quite expensive, however, becomes very competitive as your parcel get bigger and heavier.

To make sure that what you pay us for our work and products, and not wasting your money on shipping handling , our shipping handling rates are calculated by weight and delivery zone upon Thai Post and DHL billing charts.

Despite the high cost of Thai Postal Services, please note that we do not make profit on delivery at all.
