A. You can order online from our website, by sending us an email, or by fax. If you
order by fax or email, make sure that you write clearly the code of the product.
Once your order will be received, we'll post an invoice on our secure server ; we'll
process your order as soon as payment is confirmed.
Q. How can we pay?

Q. I only see one size for your origami on your website, can you fold smaller or
bigger pieces?
A. All the origami are made to order. The website display the most common requests.
We can fold in any size, any color, and with any kind of paper. The price will be
adjusted accordingly.
Q. Do you sell paper?
A. No, all our effort are focused on creating and folding the best models, not selling raw
materials.
Q. How long does it takes you to fold a model?
A. It all depends of the model, it can range from a couple of minutes to couple of hours
or days, depending of the complexity of the model!
Q. Can you do commission work?
A. Of course!, in fact we really like to work this way with catering and advertising
agencies, but we can do it for any corporation or individuals alike.
Q. Can you do express work?
A. The best we can do is mail you the order in express delivery; however, folding paper
takes time, and you should be aware of it as we hand fold all our designs.

Q. Are all your candles handmade?
A. Yes, in fact all our products are handmade, you can specially admire the
craftmanship skills by looking at our sculpted candles.
Q. What is the difference between scented and aroma candles?
A. Scented candles just carry a scent, while aroma candles have a really fragrence.
Aroma candles are usually used in aromatherapy, which for some people may be too
strong of a smell.
