Colors: The colors on the website are as accurate as possible, however, we can't guaranty that the colors of the product will be exactly
identical as the pictures.
Design: As all the products are handmade, some slight variation may occur among the products. This is not machine work, yet we strive
to be as accurate as possible.
Prices: Prices on the website are stated in U.S Dollars (USD), and are subject to change without prior notice.
Return: As all our product are handmade to order, we do not refund products. If your product is defective, you must inform us of the
problem within 15 days of shipping and return us the product at your own cost, and upon reception, we'll send you a replacement as
soon as possible. We are not responsible for loss of package or non delivery due to DHL, Thai Post, or wrong address.
Payment: Credit cards can only be processed online through PayPal. We do not accept checks. Bank account information are available
upon request for wire transfer.
Customer Information: All customer information collected on this website are solely used for order processing. We never under any
circumstance sell or share your information to a third party, except with DHL
(when applicable)
for delivery purpose only.
Delivery: Delivery cost includes packaging and shipping from Thailand to your home place, but does not include taxes or customs. Those
