- Where are my products shipped from?
All the products we are selling from this website are shipped from Bangkok in Thailand.
- In how much time will I receive my order?
The delivery time of your order is subject to the shipping method (regular or express) and your location. By default, the website display the rate for regular shipping. The expected delivery time based on your location is as follows:
_ Asia: 4 - 12 days
_ Europe: 5 - 10 days
_ Africa: 5 - 10 days
_ America: 5 - 12 days
_ Oceania: 7 - 9 days
- Is there any compensation if my order is delivered too late?
If you have specified us a deadline, and the delay is our fault, yes we well compensate you, however if the delay is due to the postal service, we deny all responsibilities (though we'll do our best to follow up with the matter and try to have it resolved).
- What company do you use to send my order?
By default, Regular shipping and Thai Express Mail Service (EMS) are handled by the Thailand Post Office service, however, express deliveries are handled by companies such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT based on your preference and budget.
- Can I be refunded for a damaged product?
No, we do not refund our products, however, if your product is damaged, return it to us within 14 days and we'll issue you a replacement at no cost, alternatively a credit towards your account with us may be produced.
