Colors: The colors on the website are as accurate as possible, however, we can't guaranty that the colors of the product will be exactly identical as the pictures.

Design: As all the products are handmade, some slight variation may occur among the products. This is not machine work, yet we strive to be as accurate as possible.

Prices: Prices on the website are stated in US Dollars (USD), and are subject to change without prior notice. The Currency Converter is here to help you see the price in your local currency, but the final order will be billed in its equivalent in USD. Tax (7%) is only applicable for orders from Thailand.

Return: As all our product are handmade to order, we do not refund products. If your product is defective, you must inform us of the problem within 14 days of shipping and return us the product at your own cost, and upon reception, we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible. We are not responsible for loss of package or non delivery due to the postal service, or wrong address.

Payment: Credit cards can only be processed online through PayPal. We do not accept checks. Wire transfer is also an acceptable payment method.

Customer Information: All customer information  collected  on  this  website  are  solely  used  for order processing. We never under any circumstance sell or share your information to a third party, exception made with the postal services (when applicable) for delivery purpose only.

Delivery: Delivery cost includes packaging and shipping from Thailand to your home place, but does not include taxes or customs. Those extra charges if applicable are yours to clear in your home country. The estimated delivery time for regular mailing is as follows:

• Asia: 4 - 12 days
• Europe: 5 - 10 days
• Africa: 5 - 10 days
• America: 5 - 12 days
• Oceania: 7 - 9 days

Upon request, more delivery options are available, such as Thai Express Mail Service, DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT.
